dear 2008
i'm so glad to be able to say goodbye to you
it has been tough, honestly tough
we have had good laughs and long tears
we have had lovely times and crying times
the sad and down striken days and months,
the joys from lying out on the beach simply bein happy
the weeping from deep down in our hearts over loved ones who died

2008, you had equal number of sad times and happy times
but u know how humans are......i think whenever i had a happy time.....u made sure there was a sad one lurkin in place

there were days i just didn't want to end,
there were times i wished there was a reverse button
there were times i also wished a foward button existed
there were times i wished the bad dreams would go away so i could wake up to gladness
only that they were not bad dreams but real stuff

i am thankful for family, friends and the wonderful people that surround me
i am thankful also for life and health and strength
i am thankful for those who are resting now

i don't know what 2009 holds in store
but its going to be a new year,
new start, and different from you 2008

we'll never again meet, 2008. i'ld only have memories...
good bye to you

drum rolls- 2009 ends in style

I am changing a part of me in 2010..............i am making a resolutionary agenda for 2010 things lmao!!......... 1. get productively creative - to this effect i'll take on real work, illustrations and paintings, and i will gladly put up updates 2. get a new 2010 diary - in which like past years excluding 2009, a lot of writings will be done 3. have more posts than in 2009 - i'll try m'best and add a quote to each post. We must never stop learning 4. Seriously ridding myself of 'non-beneficial' and 'un-gainful' friends and friendships ... they carelessly tire me lol!! but seriously! 5. get to read 'a fistful of tales' - Ayodele Arigbabu, 'love letters' - Dr. Wilson and 'a heart to mend' - myne whitman As the year goes by i'll be ticking off stuff i have done.....i hope the end of 2010 shall be better than its beginning i have learnt when you buy a girl a pair of shoes, she'll use them to walk away... lol.........most likely

...to throw away moments like this ( Vincent Kompany ) One cup, many colours this season has been the most dramatic football season so far ...that's football and then more City have the bragging rights, i'll hang my jitters and say they pushed hard, fought back and are enjoying the results. And Barton's stunt! rme! Enough about footie, not one to always talk about it... All week, something has been bothering me...among many other things and listening to Kompany's interview I've got to err do much more. It's the Olympic year and I simply do not know what to do...like do! What can I do????? Seriously it isn't rocket science or learning the pythagora's theorem for the first time! What can I do?
